Mai0313 Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-10-24

Mai0313 is a personal OAuth client for the Google Workspace CLI (gws), used only by its developer to access their own Google account. This policy describes how it handles Google user data.

Data accessed

With the user's consent, Mai0313 accesses the Google user data covered by the scopes granted on the consent screen: Gmail messages, labels and settings; Google Drive files; Docs, Sheets, Slides and Forms; Calendar events; Contacts and basic profile information (name, email address, and the profile fields the user grants); Tasks; Chat spaces and messages; Meet spaces; and Apps Script projects.

How the data is used

Data is accessed only to carry out a command the user runs, such as listing messages, editing a spreadsheet or creating a calendar event, and the result is shown back to the user. When the user runs a command from an AI coding assistant, its output is shared with that assistant at the user's direction, for the same purpose. Google user data is not used for advertising, not sold, and not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Storage

OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on the user's own computer. Mai0313 has no server of its own: Google user data goes directly between Google's APIs and that computer and is not collected or stored anywhere else by the developer.

Sharing

Google user data is not shared with or transferred to any third party, except as described above at the user's direction or where required by law.

Deletion and revoking access

Running gws auth logout deletes the stored credentials. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Limited Use

Mai0313's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
